Brazilian Delegation Visit

Apr 08, 2019 Sharjah Business Women Council hosted a Brazilian delegation with an aim to explore the business market in UAE and Sharjah, where they received an introduction on Nama Women Advancement Establishment and affiliate entities, and met with officials at Sharjah Free Zone to learn about the process of starting a business inside the free zone and received an exclusive tour.

Egyptian Delegation Visit to Sharjah

Jan 21, 2020 As part of Sharjah Business Women’s Council’s efforts to advance and develop a solid network, SBWC received a special visit by the Egyptian Delegation, which discussed possible cooperation, networking and investment opportunities. The Egyptian delegation was briefed on the services offered to investors and entrepreneurs by a number of economic authorities in the emirate, including the Sharjah Economic Development Department, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Bee’ah. As part of their visit, the delegation toured several companies and factories operating in the SAIF Zone at Sharjah Airport. Members of the delegation were briefed on investment opportunities, incentives and services offered by the free zone to businesses. They also visited the Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council’s exhibition of its first product line, held at Al Bait Hotel, Sharjah. The Egyptian delegation viewed the handcrafted products of Emirati and international artists that incorporate a contemporary twist on traditional crafts.
